Kendallville Police Department

The Kendallville Police Department is currently accepting applications for three open Patrol Officer positions. Patrol Officer application forms are available online at (www.kendallville-in.org/departments/police). Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not yet 36 years old when hired. Additional consideration will be given to applicants who are currently certified as a Police Officer in Indiana or certified in a state eligible for an Indiana waiver.

 

The hiring process includes agility and written testing, comprehensive background investigation, voice stress analysis test, physical examination, psychological examination, and interview board. Written and agility testing will be conducted on a regular basis for those applicants meeting the basic job requirements.
