Indiana State Excise Police

The Indiana State Excise Police is currently conducting a hiring process. Persons interested in a career with the Indiana State Excise Police should review the basic applicant qualifications listed on their Employment Information page located on their website www.in.gov/atc/isep. If you meet the qualifications and would like to participate in the current hiring process, complete and submit an Employment Notification Form.

The deadline for submissions in order to participate in this current process is Wednesday, May 31, 2017. The written examination is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 10, 2017 and Saturday, June 17, 2017 @ the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. All notifications related to this hiring process will be conducted via e-mail so applicants must maintain an active e-mail account.

The Indiana State Excise Police are the law enforcement division of the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission and are fully certified police officers with powers across the state of Indiana.  The primary mission of the agency is to provide professional and efficient law enforcement service with an emphasis on Indiana's alcohol & tobacco laws.
